Enabling Leadership is a for-purpose, non-profit organization with a mission to foster leadership skills and life skills in children attending under-resourced schools through 6-year-long innovative and creative programs. The organization works with 8-16-year-old children from government and low-income private schools (124+) using Music (EL Create), Football (EL Play), and building blocks (EL Build).
Our program curriculum is designed using evidence-based approaches that instill and nurture characteristics that allow young children to deal with real-world problems in different settings, whether at school, within their community, or in the workplace. Our goal is to reach one million children by 2030.
